I have spent a lot of time talking to my daughter as she has grown through childhood, adolescence and young adulthood. I didn’t want her to go through what I went through in order to discover love; I wanted her to have the Coles Notes version of things captured from all of the mistakes, problems, difficulties, and challenges I found in my life as well as all of those I found in the lives of my clients in the last many years.
Most importantly, I want her to be nourished from the wisdom I had gained from this journey. And as I was talking to her, I thought of talking to you in the same way – allowing you to benefit from what I have learned as well.
Hence this workshop – Let’s Talk About Love …..
- What is love?
- Where do we learn love?
- How do we know if we are ‘in love’?
- How does love talk?
- How does love act?
- How does love think?
- How loves shapes our reality – our experience of life in general
- Self-love – what is that and how does that shape our reality?
- What does not-love look like? Sound like? Feel like? What is the effect of it on our reality?
- Assertion vs. aggression vs. passivity…
This workshop is for those of you truly interested in expanding your awareness of love, your definition of love and your choice to express love at every turn in your life – even those challenging moments when doing something unloving would be a much more satisfying choice.
By the way – this is for workplaces, businesses, leaders, organizations, teams, business partners – as much as it is for families, husbands, wives, children, friends, lovers, companions……
GREAT relationships necessarily include this vital ingredient – LOVE. Without it we struggle and are limited in life.
